How is your mask unique?
Conventional masks use electrostatic-assisted melt-blown nonwoven fabric as its filtration medium. While the fabric is broadly used as air filter media as a result of its high filtration efficiency, once the fabric comes in contact with humidity or moisture, it loses its ability to hold the static charges well and so the filtration efficiency starts to drop.
ePTFE membrane masks use high-end industrial grade HEPA material – ePTFE(expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane as the filter medium, a highly porous material made up of over 8 billion 0.2 micron pores stacked closely together. As the membrane does not rely on the electrostatic charges to achieve its high filtration efficiency, its performance level stays brilliant regardless of the environment.
Achieved through continuous innovation, research and development at REDDY, the membrane demonstrates high filtration efficiency despite having a thickness of only 500nm, making our masks ultra light, highly breathable and comfortable to wear.
How many times can I wear my mask?
We recommend 5-10 times depending on the level and type of activities and the areas you visit. In general, count 100 hours.

What does the mask protect me from?
The primary use of REDDY air mask is to protect the wearer from inhaling harmful everyday air pollutants which are known to have detrimental effects on human health, our masks are also effective in lowering the chance of respiratory disease transmissions such as the flu, common cold and the current COVID-19 virus.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Is your mask washable?
Yes! You can gently rinse the mask with water and soap and / or spray the mask on both sides with alcohol to disinfect.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL as international carriers and GDex as local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
